i-con2 Ai-Ais : Travel Information and Accommodation
Access
The thermal hot springs of Ai-Ais lie in the south of the Fish River nature conservation area. It is best accessed via the B1. Near Grünau turn off on to the C10. Ai-Ais lies at the end of this untarred road (73 kilometres). The spa resort is also the end of the strenuous 90km Fish River Hiking Trail, which takes the nature enthusiasts into the heart of the 2nd largest canyon in the world.

Children (6 - 16): free
Vehicle (max 10 seats): N$ 10

For the use of the indoor pool another 20 N$ are payable per day and person (children pay half).

Ai-Ais Restcamp
Next to the spa complex there is attractive resort accommodation available as well as a campground. Self-catering holiday apartments are not available any longer. The resort has a restaurant, petrol station, outdoor pool, playground and tennis courts. Prebooking of accommodation is advisable.

Day visitors must have left camp before 23:00. The restaurant is open from 7 to 9; 12 to 14 and 18 to 22:00. Large groups should book at least 24 hours in advance.

The restcamp is open only from 15 March to 31 October.
