Access
The thermal hot springs of Ai-Ais lie in the southern part of the Fish River nature conservation area. It is best accessed via the B1. Near Grünau turn off on to the C10. Ai-Ais lies at the end of this untarred road (73 kilometres).

For the use of the indoor pool another fee of 20 N$ per day is payable (children pay half price).
Restcamp
The restcamp has - besides the spa complex - nice holiday apartments, bungalows and a campground. And there is a restaurant, a petrol station and an outside swimming pool, a playground and tennis courts. Day visitors must leave the camp latest at 11pm. The restaurant is open from 7 to 9; 12 to 14 and 6 to 10 pm. Bigger groups are supposed to book at least 24 hours in advance.

There are two types of holiday accommodation in Ai-Ais. The standard version comprises four single beds, kitchen with fridge and hotplates as well as toilet and shower. The luxury version also has a balcony overlooking the Fish River. At the entrance of the resort lie some plain "econ" bungalows with 4 single beds and kitchen, but with communal lavatories and toilets. And there is a campground. The restcamp is open from March 15 to October 31. Booking recommended.
