 Swanlamer No. 12 is the ultimate upmarket, yet affordable self catering apartment in Swakopmund. It is situated approximately 200m from the beach in Swakopmund on the top floor of the Swanlamer complex. The complex has a security gate with remote operation. An elevator is available for convenient access to the first and second floors.
Accommodation: Swanlamer No.12 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Great sea views from the lounge and the master bedroom. The twin bedroom looks out over the town to the east. A sleeper couch in the lounge provides a second double bed for an additional two guests if needed. An indoor fireplace /braai is installed in the lounge. In each of the rooms beautiful Namibian photography is displayed on the walls. A television is provided in the lounge and the bedroom when the local entertainment becomes overwhelming.
In the kitchen you find everything you also have in your home. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven/stove, microwave, cappuccino maker, jug and toaster.
A guide book is available in all apartments detailing the local amenities, the equipment in the apartment, and other useful information. There is a double garage with remote access for two cars. |
