 Camelthorn Kalahari Lodge is set in a secluded valley between two red sand dunes and hidden amongst ancient camelthorn trees. The Lodge is situated in the Intu Afrika Kalahari Private Game Reserve This reserve is a 10 000 ha wildlife sanctuary located in the south-western region of the Kalahari, along the upper reaches of the Auob river system of Namibia. The expanse of the reserve is characterized by lofty ancient parallel red dunes sparsely covered by unique vegetation.Accommodation: The Lodge consists of a thatched main building, dining area and a boma overlooking a natural stone pool, with each of the 11 double chalets offering air conditioning and private en-suite facilities. Facilities: Pool; Restaurant; Lounge; Bar. Activities: Game Drives on Intu Afrika Game Reserve; Dune Sundowners; San guided walks; Guided dune buggy excursions.
