 Desert Homestead lies 3km north-west of the the crossing of C19 and D854, 32km south-east of Sesriem. The wide savannah is framed by the Nubib, Tsaris and Naukluft mountains. In the west the view reaches the remote dunes of Namib desert.
We offer stunning landscapes and 16 plain, but tasteful chalets with bathroom. In the main building there is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Ingredients from our own vegetable garden. Candle-light dinners on the verandah. Refreshing swimming pool, amazing sunrises and sunsets. Sundowner drives in a 4x4.
A horse stable also belongs to the lodge and we organize wonderful horese rides in small groups into the Namib desert, also suitable for inexperienced riders. Visit our informative website.
